Elaine Yeoh, 41, is a PR and Retail Marketing professional who is taking a short sabbatical from the daily grind whilst living in Hong Kong with her husband and precocious three and the half year old daughter. Stressed only by the lack of space both personal and physical (as compared to Singapore), she now has much more time to think, reflect and count her blessings in so many other ways. As such, Elaine is grateful for the changes in perspective and lifestyle that this move to Hong Kong has brought her. She has always loved communicating and believes that her many day to day realisations and discoveries should not be random, buried and lost but instead happily shared and celebrated...and hence the evolution of this blog: to embrace the ups and downs and grasp every moment as a simply fabulicious experience to be shared with grace and much gusto!

Sim Ee Waun has been a food writer for a hair's breath short of 20 years - way before food writing became fashionable - and is currently a freelance journalist, writing mainly cookery, travel and parenting stories. She lives in the eastern side of Singapore behind an MRT station with her well rooted husband and nine year daughter whom she dotes upon, much to the child's budding preteen embarrassment. When Ee Waun is not working or making the daily school runs up and down the PIE, she enjoys culinary experimentation, home entertaining, reading and running (for some sky above her head). Having recently hit 40, she is determined to live exuberantly, meaningfully and with a sense of humour. As such, she is now attempting to inline skate, pick up serious cycling and DO Something about her wardrobe.
