BINGE Hong Kong – Chi Chi Mothers Day Treats


Dutiful daughter-in-law wants to impress matriach mother-in-law in a spare-no-expense binge? These dangerously delightful venues will do the trick.

In this case ‘hit’ we hear as Aqua Roma and Aqua Tokyo perched atop One Peking collaborate to come up with an innovative Italian Sushi menu in May and June. If her heart is set on Chinese, then the two Michelin starred Ming Court at Langham Place Hotel has a Vibrant Spring Cuisine promotion available through May. Executive Chef Tsang Chiu King has a spring harvest that includes fresh Lobsters prepared in three unique styles, Pan-fried wagyu beef rolls filled with matsutake mushrooms and fungus (HK$98 per person), along with fusion dishes such as Steamed spring chicken with sake (HK$188).
